As Creative & Strategy Lead, you’ll help shape the strategic vision behind client campaigns while ensuring high-quality execution across all platforms. This is a doer + thinker role, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on creative production across client projects. Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll guide projects from concept through execution, contribute to brand and campaign strategy, and support a small, collaborative team serving mission-driven organizations.
Location: Gloversville, NY (Hybrid - remote with in-office work as needed)
Hours: Full-time with flexible schedule
Compensation: $32-$40/hour, based on experience
