CRM & Web Technology Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, web technology, and community impact.

 

Location: Gloversville, NY (Hybrid - remote with in-office work as needed)

Hours: 5+ hours per week (flexible schedule) with opportunity for more

Compensation: $28-$35/hour, based on experience


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain clients' CRM and donor platforms, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Build, test, and maintain online forms, donation pages, and event registrations that integrate with the CRM.
  • Support fundraising and development teams by generating reports, analyzing donor trends, and providing data-driven insights.
  • Update clients' websites, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and user-friendly design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across web and data platforms.
  • collaborate with team to improve digital workflows and implement new tools/integrations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years professional experience managing CRMs and nonprofit donor platforms, e.g., Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, Neon, DonorPerfect, Salesforce NPSP.
  • Demonstrated experience with WordPress, including plugins, themes, and content updates.
  • Experience creating and managing online forms and integrating with payment/donation systems.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and manipulation
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and comfort troubleshooting web issues.


Bonus Skills:


  • Experience with nonprofits
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance tools.
  • Project management or workflow automation experience.
